Returns + Exchanges

We would like to sincerely apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. This form is designed to simplify the process of all exchange/return requests and policies. Please show us your trust and patience as we strive to satisfy our customers.

Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with. (Applicable for Online Purchase only). Our return and exchange policy is valid for 10 days from the delivery date of your order.

We process all returns and exchange requests as quickly as possible, typically within 3 to 5 working days. The product must be mainly unused to request a refund or replacement, but at least 90% of the content must remain.

All return and exchange requests are processed promptly, usually within 3–5 business days. Please note that shipping fees for your initial order are non-refundable. All shipping costs for product exchanges will be borne by the customer.

In cases of damage, leakage of bottles, or receipt of the wrong product, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
